ABOUT THEO BROWN

Former Leicester City Academy graduate, non-league footballer, and co-founder of Social Housing company,
I experienced growing up playing elite level sport, being completely consumed by it, until one day that dream suddenly stopped.
This eventually led me to starting my own business where I found that actually, many of the skills I learned through sport, have given me an advantage.
Now I use my experience to help other athletes to do the same and discover how entrepreneurship can work for them.
Helping athletes develop the skills necessary for successful second careers, by bridging the gap between sport and business
WORK WITH ME
Catering to a range of athletes at different stages of their careers, I can provide sessions via:
Business Coaching:
Tailored 1-to-1 sessions taking an athlete step-by-step from discovering skills they didn't know they had, to launching and growing their own business
Workshops:
Interactive group sessions built around introducing and developing core concepts of business and entrepreneurship with actionable take-aways
Keynote Speeches:
Engaging talks which can be tailored to different audiences where I use my personal story to introduce the links between athletic and business performance, and the opportunity that exists for those with a sporting background

Theo's session not only sparked meaningful conversations among our learners but also encouraged them to reflect on their own aspirations and the transferable skills they’re developing. I have no doubt his contribution has left a lasting impact, and we are incredibly grateful for the time, passion, and wisdom he shared with us

Many former athletes stay stuck, not because they lack talent, but because they try to figure it out alone.
If you’re ready to make a change, let’s build together.
